Genus. in 1901 in Moscow. Since 1916, he worked as a stoker, fireman and assistant driver at the Moscow-Passenger locomotive depot. In the Red Army - from May 1919. Member of the CPSU (b) from September 1919. Participant in the Civil War. He fought on the Southern, Western and Caucasian fronts. During the war he was a Red Army soldier in railway units. In 1920, he was appointed military commissar of the school of railway specialists of the Caucasian Front. After the Civil War - in responsible political positions in railway units and cavalry of the Red Army. In 1921-1923 fought with the Basmachi as military commissar of the 23rd railway division and 13th railway regiment. Since 1923, he served in the Ukrainian Military District as military commissar of the technical department of the 3rd radical park. Since 1924, in the cavalry - deputy head of the political department of the 2nd cavalry division. In 1926-1927 - Head of the political department of the 9th Crimean Cavalry Division. In 1927-1928 — student of the Advanced Training Course for Higher Political Staff at the Military-Political Academy named after N. G. Tolmachev. From August 1928 - assistant to the head of the Borisoglebsk-Leningrad Cavalry School for political affairs. Divisional commissar since 1935, at the time of arrest - member of the Military Council of the Siberian Military District. Arrested 01/30/1937. 07/02/1938 The Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR sentenced him to military service and was executed on the same day. Rehabilitated 04/25/1956.
