02/10/1937 arrested by the NKVD in the Leningrad region. Accused of being since 1930. was a member of a fascist terrorist organization at the Astronomical Institute. 06/25/1937 The Special Collegium at the Leningrad Regional Court sentenced her to 4 years in prison followed by loss of rights for 2 years.
According to the Decree of the NKVD Directorate of Leningrad dated March 25, 1940. The investigation into Boevaya’s charges was terminated and she was released from custody.
According to the Decree of the Military Prosecutor of the Leningrad Military District dated 06/08/1957. the case against Boevaya was dismissed for lack of evidence of a crime.
