Born in 1881 in St. Petersburg, Finn, citizen of Finland, no name. Engineer at the Kirov Plant, before his arrest chief engineer of the Boiler and Turbine Research Institute. Lived in Leningrad (Muchnoy Lane, 4/25, Apt. 29). Arrested on June 8, 1937 by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region as the head of an espionage and sabotage organization conducting sabotage activities at power engineering plants. Sentenced by the decree of the OS under the NKVD of the USSR dated February 19, 1940 to 8 years in a correctional labor camp. In custody in the city of Syktyvkar, Komi ASSR, where he died on February 3, 1949. Rehabilitated on July 4, 1956 by the determination of the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District.
