Born in 1894 in Rostov-on-Don; Polish; no name; higher education - Leningrad Polytechnic Institute. Before his arrest - engineer at the Stalin Metal Plant. Lived in Leningrad, Timofeevskaya St., Bldg. 25, Apt. 39. Arrested on 20.08.1937 by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region, accused of espionage and sabotage work in the turbine manufacturing industry. Sentenced to capital punishment on 22.11.1937 by the Commission of the NKVD of the USSR and the Prosecutor General of the USSR. Executed on 27.11.1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the determination of the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District on 26.08.1957.
