Born in 1900 in St. Petersburg, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) from 1919 to 1937 (expelled due to arrest), higher education - Industrial Academy, delegate to the 17th Congress of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), 1st Secretary of the Vyborg District Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), before his arrest, director of the Calculating Instruments Factory (according to other sources - director of the Prometheus artel), lived in Leningrad (10 Chaikovsky St., Apt. 52). Arrested on 15 July 1937 by the Leningrad Regional Directorate of the NKVD for participating in an anti-Soviet right-wing organization. Sentenced to capital punishment by a visiting session of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 20 September 1938. Shot on 21 September 1938. He was posthumously rehabilitated on September 26, 1956 by decision No. 4n-015295/56 of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
