Genus. in 1941 in Kursk; Russian; 9th grade education Lived in Kursk, worked as an electrician at the RTI plant. Arrested on March 17, 1961 for producing and distributing anti-Soviet leaflets. Sentenced by the Kursk Regional Court on June 3, 1961 under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 7 years of penal colony. Served his sentence in Dubravlaga, camp No. 17, 3, 11. Released in March 1968. Returned to Kursk. In 1972 he moved to Kyiv and worked as a carpenter at the Kiev carriage repair plant KEVAZ. Participated in the distribution of the magazine "Veche" together with V.N. Osipov. In March 1973 he was placed in the Regional Psychiatric Hospital named after. Pavlova in Kyiv, where he was kept for about 2 months.
