Genus. in 1926 in the village. Berezino, Bereznovsky (Sosnovsky) district, Rivne region. Member of the UPA. Militant of the SB "Shulyak" detachment of the Bereznevsky district (under the nickname "Indus"). Sentenced on September 20, 1947 by the Military Tribunal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Rivne Region under Art. 54-1a of the Criminal Code to 25 years in prison and 5 years of loss of rights. Sentenced on 10/06/1948 by the Lag Court of the ITL "V" Ministry of Internal Affairs under Art. 58-14 to 10 years in prison. Sentenced on January 18, 1955 by the people's court of the Sosnovsky district of the Rivne region under Art. 1 part 1 of the Decree of 06/04/1947 to 6 years in prison. Sentenced on April 23, 1955 by the Supreme Court of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic under Art. 85 part 1 to 3 years with addition to the unserved term and def. 25 years (as in the card) with loss of rights for 5 years. The Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived in Dubravlag on May 19, 1958 from prison No. 2 in the Vladimir region. Conveyed on November 29, 1964 to the pre-trial detention center of the KGB of the Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic on the basis of a resolution of the KGB under the Council of Ministers of the MASSRfrom 11/13/1964-11/14/1964. Returned 01/03/1965. Escaped on August 12, 1965 (together with R. Semenyuk). Sentenced on 10/05/1966 by the Rivne Regional Court under Art. 54-1a and 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to capital punishment - execution, with confiscation of property, under Art. 188 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR - to 2 years of imprisonment, and in aggregate on the basis of Art. 42 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, using the Decree of the PVS of the USSR dated 08/04/1966, he was sentenced to death with confiscation of property. By the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the Ukrainian SSR dated November 17, 1966, the sentence was upheld and carried out on February 6, 1967. By the conclusion of the prosecutor's office of the Rivne region dated June 16, 1994, he was found to be justifiably convicted and not subject to rehabilitation.
