Genus. in 1940 in the village of Plaksino , Ivanovo district, Kursk region; Russian; 5th grade education. Lived in Kursk, worked as a mechanic at the Akkumulyator plant. Arrested on March 24, 1961 for distributing anti-Soviet leaflets. Sentenced by the Kursk Regional Court on 06/03/1961 under Article 70, Part 1, 72, 218, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga and Vladimir prison.
