Genus. in 1936 in Leningrad, Jew, member of the CPSU, electrical engineer, head of the automated control system department. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested on 08/29/1977 by the Criminal Code of the Leningrad Region for compiling and transmitting abroad a manuscript containing slanderous materials about leading officials of the Leningrad region and advice on conducting sabotage propaganda by hostile radio stations. By the verdict of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Leningrad City Court dated March 18, 1978, he was convicted under Art. 64 “a” of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 13 years of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony. He was kept in the Perm camps: ITU-19, ITU-36, ITU-35. Released on April 18, 1990 by Decree of the President of the USSR. Not rehabilitated.
