Conscript soldier of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Private. On the night of September 20, 1986, together with Yagmurdzhi’s colleagues S.V. and Matsnev R.N. They left the unit without permission, armed with a sniper rifle, a light machine gun and a Kalashnikov assault rifle. They seized a car and forced the driver to drive them to the airport. On the way, two police officers were shot. After the murder of the police, Konoval left the group. Convicted in 1987 for 10 years ITC under Art. 64 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR.
