Genus. in 1937 in the village. Sebechiv, Zabuksky district (according to other sources, in the village of Krasnopolye, Sokalsky district), Lviv region; Ukrainian; student of the Mining and Geological College. The elder brother was convicted, the family was deported. Lived in Magadan. Arrested 06/15/1957 for anti-Soviet statements. Sentenced by the Magadan Regional Court on September 10, 1957 under Art. 58-10 hours 1 to 5 ITL. After his release, he graduated from the secondary technical. education; worked as an electrician at Lvivenergoremont. Lived in the Ukrainian SSR, Ternopil region, Gusyatinsky district, with. Grimailov. Arrested 10/01/1978 for the transfer of state. borders on Iranian territory. Sentenced by the Lvov Regional Court on June 18, 1979 under Art. 62 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, 62 part 1 of the TurkSSR to 15 years in a penal colony, with confiscation of property and 5 years in exile. He served his term in the Perm camps and the Chistopol prison. By the decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Ukrainian SSR dated 10/12/1990, the verdict was canceled and the case was dismissed. Released 11/11/1990. He died on 06/21/2018 in Lviv.
