Definition: Prisoner of the Perm ITK-35 in 1990.
Reproduction methods:
A young specialist on disarmament issues, he supplied information to the CIA while working in Moscow at the Institute of the USA and Canada. Arrested on July 1, 1986, convicted under Art. 64 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR by the age of 13. He served his sentence in the Perm-35 camp. In 1992 amnestied by B. Yeltsin. Emigrated to America.
