Genus. in 1949 in the village. Khmilniki, Likhoslavsky district, Kalinin region. Mechanic worker at the Lenkhlopprom factory. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested 11/05/1969. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on February 12, 1970 under Art. Art. 190-1 and 206 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in prison. He served his sentence in Cherepovets. Released in 1972, he returned to Leningrad. Arrested on May 25, 1984 for distributing anti-Soviet literature. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on February 19, 1985 under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years of freedom with reference to 3 years. He served his sentence in the Perm camps and Chistopol prison. By decree of the PVS of the USSR dated November 30, 1988, he was pardoned. Released on December 3, 1988.
