Arrested on December 23, 1940. Charged under Art. 58-10, part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as a member of the counter-revolutionary circle of “True Communists”. Convicted by the verdict of the Jalal-Abad Regional Court of the Kirghiz SSR dated 02/09/1941. to 8 years in prison followed by loss of voting rights for 3 years.
