Genus. in 1888 in St. Petersburg. He graduated from the Polytechnic Institute and served in the Ministry of Finance. In 1917 he was drafted into the army, graduated from ensign school, and in 1918 served in the Red Army. In 1920 he lived in Petrograd, taught at the Naval School, in 1926 he was demobilized from the army, and worked in the Provincial Financial Department. He was interested in occult sciences. Arrested 07/11/1927; 07/14/1927 sentenced “for counter-revolution” to 10 years SLON. In September 1927, his wife turned to Pompolit for help in reviewing her husband's case. In July 1929 he was in Kem, in 1931 he was released with a residence restriction of 3 years, and settled in Luga.Under the river according to information, arrested 06/18/1927; sentenced by the Troika at the PP OGPU LVO 07/08/1927 under Art. 58-5 to 5 years SLON, from where, upon unloading, Slag was sent for the remainder of his term to the KASSR, village.
