Genus. in 1875 in St. Petersburg; Russian; b/p. He graduated from the military engineering school, the Academy of the General Staff. He worked as a senior head of military subjects, department of military communications, at the Leningrad Institute of Railways. Lived in Leningrad, Manezhny lane, 1/4, apt. 6. Arrested 08/03/1927. Sentenced by the Collegium of the OGPU on March 24, 1928 under Art. 58-4, 58-6, 58-11 to VMN, the sentence was commuted to 10 years in labor camp. Departed for Solovki. He was rehabilitated on 05/06/1967 by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District for lack of evidence of the charges. Being a prisoner of the ITL, he was sentenced by the Collegium of the OGPU on 10/24/1929 under Art. 58-2, 58-11 to VMN. Shot on 10/29/1929. On August 16, 1989, he was rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Arkhangelsk Regional Court for lack of corpus delicti.
