Born in 1903 in Smolensk; Russian; higher education; member of the CPSU (b). In 1942 he lived in Moscow, worked as the head of the Northern Expedition of the Main Northern Sea Route. Arrested 04/29/1942; sentenced: OSO under the NKVD of the USSR 12/23/1942 on charges of participation in the K.-r. insurgent organization to VMN; shot 01/08/1943. Rehabilitated by the USSR Armed Forces in January 1957.
