Russian; higher education; member of the CPSU (b). In 1937 he lived in Moscow, worked as the head of the radio service of the Polar Directorate of the Glavsevmorput. Arrested September 14, 1937; on January 11, 1938, he was sentenced by the USSR Supreme Commissariat to VMN; shot 01/11/1938; burial place Moscow region, Kommunarka. He was rehabilitated by the USSR Armed Forces in October 1955.
