Genus. in 1872 in the city of Akhtyrka, Kharkov province; Ukrainian; secondary education. Lived in Kharkov and Leningrad, Ligovskaya st., 167, apt. 6. On May 15, 1923, by a resolution of the OK NKVD of the Ukrainian SSR, he was sentenced to deportation from Ukraine for a period of 3 years, accused of being an ardent monarchist in 1905-1907. Arrested again on 01/07/1930, charged under Art. 58-10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated August 3, 0930, he was subject to imprisonment in a concentration camp for 5 years. Rehabilitated 10/04/1989.
