Genus. in 1909 in the city of Dvinsk, Vitebsk province, Russian, lived in Leningrad, V.O., 10th line no. 15-B, apt. 7. Arrested on December 23, 1930. in pr. pr. art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the resolution of the Troika of the OGPU PP in the Leningrad Military District dated February 10, 1931. imprisonment in a concentration camp for 5 years with confiscation of property. Rehabilitated on June 30, 1989.
