Arrested on November 27, 1938, charged under Articles 58-7, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. On January 28, 1940, the UGB of the NKVD of the YASSR, the case was dismissed on the basis of Article 204, paragraph b, of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR. He was rehabilitated on May 15, 2000 by the Prosecutor's Office of the RS (Y) on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation of October 18, 1991.
