Sentenced by the NKVD of the YASSR on November 22, 1939 under Articles 58-2, 58-7, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. The case was dismissed on the basis of Article 204 p.b. of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR. Rehabilitated on August 7, 2000 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation of October 18, 1991.
