Genus. in 1909 in the village. Zlynka Novozybkovsky district Gomel province; Jew; from the bourgeoisie; secondary education; student; member of the Komsomol since 1925. Before the arrest, a 2nd year student at the Electromechanical Institute named after. Kalinin, lived in Leningrad (Flyugov Lane, student dormitory). He worked as an electrician on duty at the Svetlana plant. Arrested on April 22, 1933, accused of organizing the “c/r sabotage and terrorist group “Union of Working People.” Sentenced by a resolution of the OGPU troika of PP in the Leningrad Military District dated May 10, 1933 under Art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in a concentration camp. In custody in Sevvostlag (Khabarovsk). In October 1935 he was transferred to Solovki. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on March 20, 1938 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated on December 7, 1988 by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court
