Genus. in 1903 in the village. Old Baturino, Rybnovsky District, Moscow Region; Russian; from peasants; secondary education; member of the CPSU(b) in 1924-1935. Lecturer at the Komvuz Stalin in 1931-1935, before his arrest - deputy. Director of the Physico-Agronomic Institute. Lived in Leningrad (Nadezhdinskaya st., 17, apt. 27). Arrested on September 26, 1935, charged with participation in the K/R Trotskyist-Zinoviev terrorist organization. Sentenced on 01/05/1936 by the special board of the Leningrad Regional Court under Art. 58-10 h. 1, 182 h. 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in prison. Imprisoned in Belbaltlag, arrested on 08/26/1936. Sentenced on December 28, 1936 by the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 to 10 years in prison. Imprisoned in the Solovetsky prison. By the decision of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/10/1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on 11/04/1937 in the tract Sandormokh (Karelian ASSR). He was rehabilitated on 10/09/1963 by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR and on 06/26/1968 by a decision of the Leningrad City Court.
