Kiis Yan Andreevich

In March 1930, he was appointed head of the Bystretsovsky educational and experimental state farm (Pskov region). On March 15-16, 1931, by the visiting session of the Leningrad Regional Court, he was sentenced under Article 112 Part 1 of the Criminal Code to imprisonment for a period of 8 years with a term of imprisonment in a correctional labor camp, with a loss of rights for 3 years. By the decision of the Cassation Collegium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated 05/31/1931, part 1 of article 112 of the Criminal Code "together with the measure of social protection determined for him" was excluded from the verdict and part 2 of article 112 of the Criminal Code was applied, according to which a prohibition for 2 years to hold leadership positions was determined.
