Born in 1890 in the settlement of Baturin, Kherson district, Kherson province; Russian, member of the CPSU(b), higher education. Army inspector of the Belarusian military district, corps commander. Lived in Smolensk, st. Socialist, d. 5, kv.6. Arrested 08/10/1937. Sentenced by the VKVS of the USSR on 07/29/1938 on charges of participating in the K.-r. terrorist organization. Shot on July 29, 1938. Place of burial - Kommunarka. The VKVS of the USSR was rehabilitated on February 22, 1956.
