Sentenced by a special judicial presence of the Supreme Court of the USSR on June 11, 1937 for "participation in a military conspiracy in the Red Army and preparations for the overthrow of Soviet power through an armed uprising and the defeat of the USSR in a future war" to VMN. Shot on 06/12/1937. Place of burial - Moscow, Donskoy cemetery. He was rehabilitated by the USSR Armed Forces on January 31, 1957.
