Genus. in 1883 in Novocherkassk; Russian; higher education. Lived in Leningrad, st. Tchaikovskogo, 69, apt. 6. Arrested on June 16, 1930, charged under Art. 58-7 Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by a resolution of the board of the OGPU of the USSR dated 04/03/1931 to imprisonment in a concentration camp for a period of 10 years. He was released early with free residence following the arrest of the USSR OGPU board on September 28, 1931. He was repressed for the second time in 1942. He worked in the Ostekhburo. Rehabilitated on October 18, 1991.
