Genus. in 1873 in Kyiv; higher education; member of the RSDLP (m). In 1920 he lived in Petrograd, an employee of the Petrograd office of the Tsentrosoyuz; arrested and soon released. Arrested again on 10/28/1921, released again. From March 1922 he worked as a legal adviser to the Petrograd Regional Office of the All-Russian Cooperative Bank. In August 1922, he was included in the list of persons subject to deportation from Petrograd compiled by the Cheka (later the deportation was canceled). From March 1930 he worked as a legal adviser in the Leningrad department of Sovkolkhozstroy. In December 1930 he retired. Died in Leningrad in 1933; buried at the Volkovskoye cemetery (Literatorskiye Mostki).
