Genus. 03/13/1922 in the village. Abganer-Gakhankin, Kalmykia. Kalmyk. He published his first collection of poems at the age of 18 and was accepted into the Union of Writers of the USSR. I was at the front, an officer. In January 1944, Kalmyk political workers were gathered (about 2000 people). Member of the CPSU/b/ since 1943 (joined the party at the front). The Secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party /b/ Sherbakov spoke to them and said that they were recalling the Kalmyks from the front so that the front-line soldiers could be with their people. Arrested. Sentenced to 10 years in labor camp. From 1946 he served time in Norillag, worked as a stoker in a maternity hospital, and went to the library. After the camp he served exile in Norilsk. He wrote a letter to Stalin, in which he condemned the eviction of the Kalmyks, proposed to return them to their homeland, form a national Kalmyk division and send it to the front.
