Arrested in 1932 Sentenced by the OSO at the OGPU on October 28, 1932, under Articles: 58-10, 11 and 74 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years of deportation to Kazakhstan. Rehabilitated in 1991 by the people's court for lack of evidence of a crime.

Lived in Almaty. After completing his education, he worked as an Art. research fellow. Arrested on August 26, 1939. Sentenced to OSO under the NKVD on March 30, 1940. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in labor camp. Rehabilitated on November 5, 1955 by the Supreme Court of the USSR due to the absence of corpus delicti.

Arrested on March 30, 1949. MGB of the Kazakh SSR. Sentenced by the Alma-Ata Regional Court on August 13, 1949, under Art. 58-10, part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in labor camp. Rehabilitated on May 30, 1956 by the Investigative Committee of the USSR Armed Forces for lack of corpus delicti
