Genus. in 1912 in Kyiv. Jew, higher education. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1943. During the war - a soldier. Arrested 04/05/1945. Sentenced on 12/16/1946 by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District under Art. 58-10. Acquitted, released 01/04/1947. Arrested again on March 17, 1947. Sentenced on 10/15/1947 by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District under Art. 58-10 to 10 years of labor camp and 5 years of disqualification. Rehabilitated in July 1956.
