Genus. in 1895 (1896?) in the village of Kuzomen, Pinezhsky district, Arkhangelsk province; Russian; from peasants; from 1918 member of the RCP(b)–VKP(b); Primary education: graduated from 2nd grade of parochial school. From the age of 15 he worked as a laborer at the Pechersk sawmill. In 1915 he was drafted into the army, served in Petrograd as a private in an electrical battalion; until 1917 he distributed revolutionary literature in factories; in February 1917 - deputy of the Petrograd Soviet from military units; in July 1917 he was wounded on the Champ de Mars; in October he took part in the capture of the Winter Palace. He took an active part in the formation of Soviet power in the North, was elected by the peasants as a member of the First Congress of Soviets of the Pinega district and then as chairman of the Pinega district executive committee, then as a member of the executive committee of the union of communes of the Northern region; from August 1918 to January 1, 1920 - on the Pinega Front, in 1919 he was gassed. Since February 1920, he held responsible positions: Pinega district military commissar, chairman of the Pinega district executive committee, chairman of the Arkhangelsk provincial revolutionary tribunal, member of the Arkhangelsk provincial committee, member of the presidium of the Arkhangelsk provincial executive committee; from October 1920 to 1922 - Chairman of the Arkhangelsk Provincial Executive Committee of the Council of Workers, Peasants and Red Army Deputies. In May 1921 he met with Lenin. He was elected a member of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the VIII and IX convocations. In 1922 he was recalled to Moscow and sent to diplomatic work. In 1935 he was sent to responsible work in Vladivostok. In 1935 he lived in Vladivostok, worked as head of the Primorsky Regional Internal Trade Department; arrested on November 28, 1935, sentenced by the NKVD OS of the USSR on April 15, 1936 to 5 years in labor camp, counting the term from November 27, 1936 (?!). In 1938 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika under the NKVD in Dalstroy on 02/17/1938 to VMN; shot 03/09/1938. Rehabilitated Rehabilitated in the 1935 case by the Presidium of the Primorsky Regional Court on November 15, 1956, in the 1938 case - (probably by the Magadan authority) on November 12, 1956.
