Chefranov Vladimir Dmitrievich

Genus. in 1897 in Rostov-on-Don; Russian; a mechanic by profession, in 1914–1917 he served as a greaser on a military steamer, in March–October 1920 as a minder on a military boat; evangelical preacher, in 1926-1927 he was a member of the CPSU (b); excluded for religious reasons. In 1936 he lived in Vladivostok, worked as a mechanic at the Far Eastern Food Plant (DVPP), a member of the Evangelical community; arrested on 03/22/1936, accused of keeping in touch with the preacher Pryadkin, who arrived from Kharkov in order to escape abroad, in 1934, and provided him with a community certificate before escaping; sentenced to OS under the NKVD of the USSR to 3 years in prison; according to a copy of the letter of the USO GUGB NKVD of the USSR dated 08/23/1936, he was to be sent to Karlag NKVD. In 1937 - a prisoner of Dalstroy; sentenced by the Troika of the UNKVD for Dalstroy on 09/07/1937 to VMN; shot on 10/13/1937. Rehabilitated in the case of 1936 by the Prosecutor's Office of Primorsky Krai on 07/25/1990; in the case of 1937 - (probably in Magadan) 09/04/1961.
