Born on May 10, 1904 in the city of Elizavetgrad, Kherson province; Jewish; from employees; secondary education (graduated from 6 classes of gymnasium and library courses); non-partisan. Lived in Leningrad (Moika River embankment, 74, apt. 26). Before the arrest - head. library subscription Skvortsova-Stepanova. Arrested on October 2, 1936 in connection with the arrest of her husband P.G. Penner, was accused of participating in “a criminal terrorist organization <...> at the Leningrad German Pedagogical College.” Sentenced on December 30, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 58-8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with loss of rights for 5 years and confiscation of property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 she was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on July 2, 1957 by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR
