Born in 1901 in Vitebsk; Russian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1919-1937. Director of the Lenenergo power grid. Lived in Leningrad, Khersonskaya St., Bldg. 21, Apt. 1. Arrested on September 11, 1937. Sentenced on September 27 , 1937 by the Leningrad Military District Military Tribunal under Articles 58-7-8-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on September 28, 1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on June 28, 1956.
