Born in 1903 in the town of Surozh, Bryansk region; Jewish; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1927-1937. Head of the Lenenergo electric grid construction department. Lived in Leningrad, Khersonskaya St., bldg. 21, apt. 11. Arrested on 16.09.1937. Sentenced on 19.11.1937 by the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR under Articles 58-7-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 24.11.1937.
