Genus. in 1880 in St. Petersburg; b/p; higher education. Naval officer, captain 1st rank. Lived in Leningrad, st. Zhelyabova, 2, apt. 63. Arrested on 02/24/1925 OKRO PP OGPU in the Leningrad Military District. He was accused of being a member of the “Monarchical counter-revolutionary organization” and that from 1918 to 1925 he was engaged in active anti-Soviet activities and espionage, Art. Art. 61 and 66 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By decision of the OGPU Collegium dated June 22, 1925, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on July 3, 1925 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated 02/16/1994.
