Genus. 05/06/1882 in Odessa; Russian; nobleman; higher education - naval artilleryman; b/p. After graduating from the Naval Cadet Corps, he served in the Baltic Fleet, captain 2nd rank. He graduated from officer artillery courses and commanded the destroyer Samson. In 1918-1924 he served at the headquarters of the White Sea Military District, at the Main Headquarters of the Naval Forces in Moscow. In August 1922 he was arrested and sent to Kharkov. Released in December 1922. Arrested again on March 10, 1935 by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region. as a former naval officer. Sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on March 17, 1935 as an ESR to exile in Astrakhan for 5 years. There he worked as an inspector in the maritime region, and from the summer of 1936 - chief captain of the Volga-Caspian Fishing Trust fleet. Arrested again in Astrakhan on 03/05/1938. Sentenced by the Troika under the NKVD of the Stalingrad Region. 10/01/1938 on charges of espionage VMN. Shot on October 29, 1938. Rehabilitated in the 1935 case by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court on April 12, 1957.
