Genus. in 1889 in St. Petersburg; Russian; higher education - graduated from the Naval Academy; b/p. Military sailor. In 1935 he lived in Leningrad. He worked as a hydrographer in the Hydrographic Directorate of the Main Northern Sea Route. Arrested 03/03/1935. On March 31, 1935, the OS under the NKVD of the USSR was sentenced to exile in Turgai (Kazakhstan) for 5 years. In 1938 he was in exile in the city of Aralsk, Kzyl-Orda region, and taught German in a secondary school. Arrested 01/24/1938. The case was closed by the Aral RO NKVD on June 20, 1938. Rehabilitated in the 1935 case by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office on September 18, 1989; in the case of 1938 - by the Kzyl-Orda prosecutor's office on May 12, 1997.
