In 1941 he lived in Leningrad, 25 Oktyabrya Ave., 8, apt. 5. Chief engineer of the Housing Construction Department of the Leningrad City Council. Arrested 09/30/1941. Charged under Art. 58-4, 58-10. He died in 1941 during a transfer to the rear of the country. Rehabilitated by the KGB under the USSR Council of Ministers for Leningrad Region on October 23, 1964.
