In July 1937 - after the arrest of her husband, A.V. Bobrishchev-Pushkin, she was expelled from Leningrad to Frunze (Kyrgyzstan). She returned to Leningrad in 1946. She was engaged in legal work, although she was not reinstated in the College of Defenders and was not allowed into her old apartment.
