Genus. in 1893 on the farm. Bays of the Potievsky district, Zhitomir district. Kyiv region; Ukrainian; from peasants; incomplete higher education; historian-economist; member of the Communist Party (b)U in 1928–1932. Before his arrest, he lived in Kyiv (Engelsa St., 25, apt. 26); teacher at the Planning and Statistics College, 3rd year student at the Institute of Vocational Education. Arrested on June 26, 1932, charged: “leader of a rebel organization.” By a resolution of the judicial troika at the Collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR dated January 13, 1933, he was sentenced under Art. 54-10, 11 to be shot; By resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated January 24, 1933, execution was replaced under Art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 10 years in labor camps. In custody on Solovki. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 3, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated in the case of 1933 on 01/10/1989 by the Presidium of the Kyiv Regional Court, in the case of 1937 - 06/07/1989 by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office.
