Definition: Referent of the Soyuztrans Department. Assistant to the head of the 2nd department. Third Directorate of the Red Army Headquarters.

Genus. in 1893 in Moscow. Arrested by the OGPU of the USSR on 09/07/1930. Charged under Art. Art. 54-4-7-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By a resolution of the OGPU board dated April 25, 1931, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property and deportation of the family. On 05/10/1931 this resolution was canceled. He served his sentence in camps in the western sector of the Arctic and the Vaygach expedition of the OGPU, then in the Murmansk branch of the Belbaltlag of the OGPU, from where he was released early on May 15, 1935. By resolution of the OS under the USSR MGB of November 22, 1947, the criminal record was cleared. On 12/12/1961 the case was closed.
