Mikhailov Nikolai Mikhailovich
Wandering hieromonk, clergyman of the True Orthodox Church (TOC)
Born in May 1876 (according to other sources, in 1878) in the village. Bor, Novoladozhsky district, St. Petersburg province; Russian, from a priest's family, primary education. He graduated from a rural school. Until 1920, a monk in the Resurrection Monastery (Makarevskaya Monastery) in Novgorod province. From 1925 in Leningrad, he served in various churches. Secretly elevated to the rank of hieromonk. From October 1930 he went into hiding, secretly performed divine services in private apartments, and lived with believers. Arrested on September 3, 1932 in the group case of the “Leningrad branch of the TOC” (“Josephite case”). Sentenced on December 8, 1932 by the OGPU Collegium under Art. 58-10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. On March 20, 1933, the OGPU Collegium replaced the execution with 10 years in labor camp. In custody on Solovki (arrived on May 26, 1933), he was kept at the Kremlin camp. In custody, he was arrested in 1935; on June 2, 1936, he was sentenced by the special board of the Main Court of the AKSSR to 3 years in addition to the unserved term. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937 to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated on December 18, 1989 by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office.
