Born 01/07/1895 in locality. Khoiniki, Rechitsa district, Minsk province; Jew; from a family of artisans; primary education; candidate of the CPSU (b) in 1927–1928 (expelled), member of the CPSU (b) in 1931–1935 (expelled in November 1935 “for participation in the opposition”). From 1915 he served as a private in the tsarist army; was captured and returned from Germany in 1919. In 1920 he served as an agent in the transport Cheka. From 1932 in Leningrad (moved from Kyiv), in 1935–1936 - a tailor for the Osoaviakhim regional council. Address before arrest: Leningrad, st. Dekabristov, 62/64, apt. 104. Arrested on February 26, 1936, accused of belonging to the “K/R Trotskyist group.” Sentenced on June 29, 1936 by the special board of the Leningrad Regional Court under Art. 58-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years of imprisonment and 2 years of loss of rights. In custody in the Solovetsky camp (arrived on November 12, 1936 at the Anzer camp). Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on June 20, 1958 by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court.
