Arrested on 03/04/1952 by the MGB military unit No. 39335, charged under Art. 58-1 “g”, 58-10 part 1, 193-14 “c”. Sentenced on May 20-22, 1952 by the military tribunal of military unit 325575 under Art. 58-1 “g”, 193-14 “c” of the Criminal Code to 10 years in prison. Sent to prison No. 1 of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs in Brest. By the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court dated September 10, 1953, the sentence was changed and reclassified to Art. 58-12, term reduced by 5 years. Based on Art. 1, 6 of the Decree of the Presidium of the USSR Armed Forces on amnesty dated March 27, 1953, he was released from prison with his criminal record expunged. Rehabilitated by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR on December 25, 1963.
