Born in 1930 in Leningrad. After her father's arrest, she was administratively exiled from Leningrad in 1937 with her grandmother to the village of Uspenskoye, Slobodskoy District, Kirov Region. In 1942, after her grandmother's death, she was taken in by her parents' relatives. In 1955, she graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Film Engineers. She worked in Magadan until her retirement, then moved to Sverdlovsk. In her last years, she lived in St. Petersburg and was a member of the Memorial Society. She died on 31.12.2024.
