Genus. in 1891 in Fergana; Russian; higher education; irrigation engineer. He took part in the Osipov counter-revolutionary uprising in Tashkent in 1919; was a member of the nationalist government in Kokand "Kokand Autonomy" as Deputy Minister of Agriculture. In 1923, the OS KOGPU was sentenced to exile to Siberia (according to other sources - to Turkestan) for 3 years. By the Decree of the OS of September 3, 1926, he was released from places of deportation with deprivation of the right to reside in 6 localities with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. Arrested 08/11/1937; sentenced by Troika NKVD of the Uzbek SSR sentenced on November 21, 1937 to 10 years in labor camp. Arrested again by the UMGB of the Uzbek SSR on December 13, 1948 for active anti-Soviet activities and belonging to the Socialist Revolutionary organization; sentenced by the OS at the USSR MGB on 02/16/1949 for belonging to the Socialist Revolutionary organization and exiled to a settlement (no period specified) in the Dzhambul region. Released on November 5, 1954 by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the KGB and the USSR Prosecutor's Office dated July 16, 1954. Rehabilitated in cases of 1937 and 1948 by the Supreme Court of the Uzbek SSR on August 4, 1956.
