Charged under Art. 58-6, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (anti-Soviet defeatist propaganda and espionage activities). OS under the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR was sentenced to imprisonment in a correctional labor camp for a period of 5 years. Died 07/09/1942 in USOLLAG. 06/01/1959 the verdict was overturned and the case was dropped.
